We're hiring our first SDR to build Sqare's outbound motion from scratch. You'll work directly with the founders, craft outreach to ops decision-makers, and help define our go-to-market playbook.

Responsibilities
You'll build and own the outbound prospecting process from day one. That means researching high-fit prospects in operations and RevOps roles, writing compelling personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn, qualifying inbound leads, and setting up discovery calls for the founding team. You'll iterate on messaging constantly and share what works with the rest of the team.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales or SDR experience who can write a cold email that actually gets a reply. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and genuinely curious about AI and automation tooling. You'll need to be based in the U.S. with availability during standard business hours.
