1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sqare platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Sqare provides an AI-powered automation platform that allows teams to connect tools, automate workflows, and manage operations more efficiently. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@sqare.io.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, to spam or harass other users, or to interfere with the integrity of the platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Sqare and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after termination before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sqare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
