We're looking for a scrappy, data-driven growth marketer to own our acquisition channels and turn Sqare into a brand that ops teams actually know and trust.

Responsibilities

You'll own and scale our paid, organic, and content acquisition channels, designing and running growth experiments across the funnel from first touch to activation. You'll partner closely with Sales to build campaigns targeting ops and RevOps decision-makers, track and report on key metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, and develop Sqare's brand voice across blog, social, and email.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth or demand gen experience who's hands-on with paid search, LinkedIn ads, and SEO. You should have a strong analytical mindset — making decisions from data, not gut feel. The ability to write compelling copy and collaborate with designers matters, and startup experience or genuine comfort operating without a large team is essential.
