We're looking for a product designer who cares deeply about how AI-powered tools actually feel to use. You'll own the end-to-end design of Sqare from the automation builder to the onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
You'll lead design across core product surfaces — the workspace, automation builder, and activity feed. Your job is to translate complex AI behaviors into interfaces that feel intuitive and approachable, working closely with engineering to ship polished, production-ready work. You'll run lightweight user research, incorporate feedback quickly, and own the evolution of the Sqare design system.
Requirements
We're looking for a designer with 3+ years of product design experience at a SaaS or productivity tool, with a portfolio that shows both systems-level thinking and visual polish. You should be fluent in Figma and comfortable handing off to engineering directly. Experience designing for complex workflows or data-heavy interfaces is a big plus and we want someone who'd rather iterate on something real than perfect a prototype.
