GTM Platform Engineers at Sqare sit at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue operations. You'll build the internal systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure that help our team move fast.
Responsibilities
You'll build and maintain the systems that power our go-to-market motion — owning CRM architecture, lead routing, and sales workflow automation. You'll design integrations between internal tools and external platforms, partner with Sales, CS, and Product to eliminate operational bottlenecks, and establish the data foundations that support reliable reporting and attribution across the company.
Requirements
We're looking for an engineer with 4+ years of experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup, who has worked with Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages. You should have real familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and their APIs. Strong systems thinking is a must — you design for maintainability, not just speed. Comfort working async in a remote-first environment is essential.
